Return Policy:

 

To reach customer satisfaction you have 24h from the moment your package arrives to make a complaint. If you don’t make a complaint within 24h, we will understand that you agree with your order and there are no issues to resolve.

If the watch has a problem, just return it to us and we will repair it.

Refund Policy:

We do not accept refunds and exchanges. Returns merchandise must be in new condition and complete with all original packaging and stickers. We will inspect all merchandise returned.

Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.

Once the parcel was returned then please reply with the tracking number. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
